Harvey Nichols 4th Floor Brasserie has launched their new Summer Dining menu. For just £28 you can enjoy 3 courses and a delicious cocktail whilst enjoying beautiful views of the city.

Created using regionally sourced ingredients, each menu features three starters, three mains and three desserts. Available from 1st July right through to 30th September you can look forward to enjoying dishes like these;
Starters
Salmon beetroot gravadlax, compressed cucumber, Charentais melon, elderflower jelly, lime purée
Heritage tomato salad, burrata, pomegranate pesto, aged balsamic, crispy basil
Pea and mint velouté, truffle chives,
Mains
Pan-fried stone bass, sumac and lemon yoghurt, shaved fennel and orange salad, fine herbs
Wild mushroom orecchiette pasta, rocket, parmesan emulsion, tarragon oil, garlic butter brioche crumbs (v)
Corn-fed roasted chicken breast, chorizo and chickpea salad, confit garlic
spinach, smoked tomato and sherry vinegar dressing
Desserts
Strawberry cheesecake, white chocolate, macerated strawberries, strawberry coulis (v)
Milk toffee tart, butterscotch, crème fraiche sorbet (v)
Le I.J. Mellis cheese selection, arran oatcakes, chutney, grapes
