On Saturday 2nd March, Cafe St Honoré’s chef director Neil Forbes will be demonstrating how to make the most of shellfish at an exclusive masterclass in the restaurant.
Guests will be able to expand their knowledge and learn how to create delicious dishes with lobster, langoustine, scallops, mussels, oysters and more.
There will be tasters throughout the class, including crispy lobster ravioli and oyster.
The class will be followed by a 2-course lunch;
Fife crab salad with rye crouton, apple and Katy Rodger’s crème fraîche
Fillet of hake with Shetland blue shell mussels, Barra cockles, organic vegetables, our bacon, and shellfish bisque.
Tea, coffee and homemade tablet
Arrive at 12pm for a 12.15pm start.
£47.50 per person, with a glass of fizz on arrival.
