September Degustabox Review

October 4, 2014 by Clare Leave a Comment

After having tried the greatness that is Beer52 and seeing how exciting it was getting beer delivered, I thought i’d give Degustabox a go to see how exciting it was getting food parcels delivered.  I found an offer online which meant my first box was £7 so I thought why not give it a whirl, what’s the worst that could happen? According to Degustabox you should receive 9-14 items per box per month, many which will be new to the market. Once you’ve tried the items, you then get a chance to review them and tell the folks who make them what you loved and what you didn’t about their item. The normal price is £12.99 which includes delivery.

The waiting for your box to be delivered is half the excitement and because you don’t know what to expect, it’s all the more exciting.

So one lunchtime I got back from town and there was my Degustabox waiting for me 🙂

I loved the box and the design, it made me even more excited for what was inside.

Inside my box was a host of fabulous goodies.

All the items in the box we had never tried before and if it wasn’t for the Degustabox I’m not sure I would have given them a shot. All items within the box are full size. If I were to buy each of them items individually it would have cost me just over £20 so it was definitely good value this month. Inside the box, there was also an ingredient card and on the other side two recipes including ingredients within the box. There was also money off vouchers for some of the items.

All the items so far have been very tasty and I have to say, I would definitely buy some of them again.  Tonight I’m going to use the carnation cream in my gammon and leek pie to see how that turns out.

I’m going to give the box another few months at full price to see how it goes but i’m sure it’ll be just as good next month.

If you fancy giving Degustabox a try sign up HERE and get £3 OFF your first box.

Her x
