We are in a time where we have instant access to so many things such as shopping or the latest cinema releases streamed straight to our home entertainment center. But when it comes to improving your life things aren’t always so quick and easy. There are some actions you can take right now to start improving your life, here are our top 5.

1) Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate

It’s so often talked about as a miracle cure but it’s worth making the effort for. Whilst it won’t cure all ills it will improve your concentration, clarity and reduce headaches. Being well hydrated will help your joints, boost your energy levels and your mood. Sounds good huh? Mix water with a little fruit squash or some fresh fruit pieces, such as lemon, lime or orange, if you’re not keen on plain water. Want to look after your health even more? 2) Keep a pen and paper by the bed

Before you go to sleep jot down all the things that are playing on your mind, and if you wake during the night and have an idea or remember something important you can make a quick note and then drift back to sleep.
