Just nine months after opening, one of Edinburgh’s most popular late-night venues is getting a glamorous glow-up to meet the unprecedented demand from locals.
Popular Edinburgh late-night party spot Freddy’s has impressively expanded due to unprecedented demand for its elevated luxury in the city centre.
Since opening at 24 Frederick Street in October, Freddy’s has rapidly become one of the capital’s must-visit late-night destinations. Locals and visitors alike book the venue week after week to enjoy live music, a vibrant atmosphere, signature cocktails, world-class beers, and Instagram-worthy interiors.
Now, having been blown away by the overwhelming response, the team behind Freddy’s has reinvested in the venue, transforming it further to enhance the customer experience and cater to a broader audience.
Creatively utilizing every inch of space, the center stage room has now doubled in size, significantly increasing the capacity for seated table bookings. A new island bar has been added to the heart of the space, and the venue has been expanded to accommodate more after-dark partying. With a lively party atmosphere upfront and luxurious hidden corners further in, Freddy’s also benefits from an upgraded sound system for the ultimate audio experience and a new air-cooling system to ensure comfort.
In addition to the newly upgraded interiors, which will wow visitors after launching on Friday, July 19th, Freddy’s is set to offer an exciting new range of cocktails, including the cheekily named “Rum DMC,” the refreshing “Watermelon Sugar,” and the nostalgia-filled “Dancing Queen”—all as fun to order as they are to sip.
