Join Flight Club in Edinburgh for a Free Drink from 14th – 18th October to celebrate the launch of their new menu!
Flight Club, the vibrant and fairground-themed bar celebrated for its craft cocktails, shareable plates, and Social Darts experience in Edinburgh, has announced the launch of a revamped menu featuring enticing new dishes, enhanced classics, and an impressive array of refreshing beverages.
Starting on 14th October, the new food menu is designed for group enjoyment, featuring dishes that are perfect for sharing (and can easily be enjoyed while playing darts!). The drinks menu has also undergone a transformation, introducing a selection of stunning new options alongside an expanded range of low- and no-alcohol choices, offering a variety of delicious alcohol-free alternatives.
To celebrate this exciting launch, Flight Club will be treating guests to a complimentary drink from the new Signature Spritz menu (or a beer, if preferred) for those dining in between 14th and 18th October 2024 (T&Cs apply)*.

Exciting New Dishes
Expertly crafted by Arnaud Kaziewicz, Flight Club’s Head of Food Development and finalist on Masterchef: The Professionals, the new menu features tapas-style small plates, pizza paddles, and a selection of crowd-pleasing grills and salads.
Sharing plates include South Korean pork belly bites with a chilli and honey glaze, Yakitori beef skewers made from premium British beef marinated in soy and ginger, and Middle Eastern sliders with plant-based lamb, smoked Applewood cheese, gherkins, and slaw.
New sourdough pizza options showcase delightful flavour combinations, such as the Gorgonzola Portobello, featuring tomato sauce, mozzarella, grilled portobello mushrooms, finished with white truffle oil, and Italian pork and fennel sausage, topped with plant-based sausage, caramelised onions, and salsa verde.
Other exciting additions include a poké bowl with coconut lemon rice, crunchy slaw, cauliflower, lettuce, and red pepper sauce, as well as a chicken tikka wrap with coconut raita, tomato, lettuce, and cucumber.

Refreshing New Beverages
The newly designed drinks menu features four innovative cocktails, a fresh range of signature spritzes, and a significant boost in low- and no-alcohol offerings.
Among the new cocktails are the ‘Highland Blush’, which combines raspberry gin, whisky, raspberry, lemon, almond, and vegan foaming bitters, and ‘Take a Trip’, made with Hendrick’s gin, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, and lime, topped with Trip Cucumber & Mint. Another standout is ‘Nunya Beeswax’, a tequila creation from Flight Club Bristol, which won the title of Cocktail of the Year during the Bristol Cocktail Weekend 2023. Its popularity ensured its inclusion in the new line-up.

Arnaud Kaziewicz remarked, “This menu refresh has been months in the making, involving countless taste tests and revisions to perfect every dish and cocktail. We are deeply committed to providing a memorable experience at Flight Club, and our food and drinks play a crucial role in that. We’re always eager to offer our customers something new to savour, and we can’t wait to share it with them.”
