To mark World Health Day on April 7th, Talonmore, a fiery ginger-infused non-alcoholic spirit, partnered with mushroom supplement specialists Antioxi to craft the ‘Talonmore Roar’—an innovative cocktail boasting exceptional health benefits and unique characteristics.
Artisanal mixologists at Edinburgh’s Nightcap Cocktail Bar crafted this blend, combining Talonmore with Antioxi’s ‘Lion’s Mane’ supplement, offering a refreshing alcohol-free take on the traditional Dark & Stormy cocktail.
The ‘Talonmore Roar’ aims to spotlight the cognitive health and wellness benefits provided by both non-alcoholic spirits and mushroom supplements. Talonmore and Antioxi products are conveniently available for purchase on their respective websites, enabling health enthusiasts to recreate the cocktail at home.
Talonmore pairs delightfully with light tonic water, while the distinctive flavor of Lion’s Mane is complemented by the fruity sweetness of an orange wedge garnish, resulting in a burst of effervescent, invigorating ginger notes.

Lion’s Mane, an age-old mushroom with roots in Asia, holds a rich history of culinary and medicinal practices dating back thousands of years. It has gained increased popularity due to its potential mental and physical health benefits; playing a pivotal role in brain health, the supplement supports memory & cognition, anxiety & mood, nerve tissue health and better sleep.
Talonmore is a Scottish based, family run business established in Edinburgh in 2020. Using a mix of rooted and plant-based ingredients and inspired by Edinburgh’s festival spirit and history of innovation, Talonmore was created to provide an exceptional alcohol-free drink that can be enjoyed without compromising health, clarity and taste.

Named as 2024 Men’s Health and Good Housekeeping’s best non-alcoholic spirit, the liquid’s versatility is what makes it shine in cocktails. Choosing brewing methods of manufacture, rather than distilling, Talonmore has developed a unique beverage that ensures flavour is at the forefront, replicating the experience of drinking a dark spirit. The latest batch of Talonmore includes a new look and feel, with an upgraded label and eye-catching flagship red foil.
