Festival organiser and founder of Vegan Events UK, Victoria Bryceson says, “I’m really looking forward to our first Edinburgh Vegan Festival. It looks like being a sell out. Our events provide customers with a one stop shopping experience where all of your vegan products and services can be found in one place. We provide small and family run businesses with a place to promote and sell their products and services. We aim to educate people about what veganism is and to show people how easy, affordable, healthy and varied living a vegan lifestyle can be.”
Featured stalls include Miracle’s Mission and Fido Treats. Miracle’s Mission is a non-profit animal welfare organisation that works with sick, injured and disabled animals worldwide. It also rehabilitates and rehomes dogs in need, often with disabilities, from its UK rescue base.
