Duck & Waffle Edinburgh is excited to announce the return of its annual Waffle Week, running from Monday, March 25th to Friday, March 29th. Commencing on International Waffle Day, this week-long celebration will highlight an enticing array of both new and signature dishes, expertly crafted by Corporate Chef Maxwell Terheggen and Executive Chef Lucia Gregusova of Duck & Waffle Edinburgh.

Indulge in a delectable assortment of homemade waffles, elevated with culinary ingenuity. This year’s offerings include the savory Mascarpone & Wild Garlic Pesto Waffle, adorned with balsamic vinegar, roasted grapes, and a sprinkle of dukkah. For a playful twist on the American classic, savor the Chicken & Waffle, featuring crispy fried chicken atop a cornbread waffle, accompanied by pickles, coriander, and a drizzle of Frank’s RedHot sauce butter.

On the sweeter side, the cloud-like homemade Tiramisu Waffle and the rich Knickerbocker Glory await, boasting layers of millionaire’s shortbread, velvety vanilla ice cream, fluffy whipped cream, decadent dark chocolate, and delicious buttermilk waffle squares, sure to satisfy every craving.
